David Cohen is Co-Founder and Principal of Diversified Residential Mortgage. David has worked in the real estate, lending and construction industry for 30 years. He co-founded Hacienda Builders and Encanta Homes, two successful homebuilding companies in the Phoenix metropolitan area and has built over 5000 homes throughout the Valley. In 1999 he co-founded State Mortgage which was later sold to WJ Bradley in 2008. He has been actively investing in fix and flips and mortgage deeds of trust since 2008.
