Roy Meschel

Roy Meshel is Co-Founder and Principal of Diversified Residential Mortgage.  As a straight shooting, born-and-bread New Yorker that fell in love with Arizona after attending ASU, Meshel, was a Co-Founder of State Mortgage in 1999; which subsequently sold to WJ Bradley Mortgage in 2008. As a Mortgage Originator Magazine Top Originator, a regular source in national and local publications, including the Wall Street Journal, Meshel went on to lead his region to consecutive record-breaking months for multiple consecutive years at Bay Equity Home.  Wanting to own and grow a company once again Roy Co-founded Diversified Residential Mortgage.
